Excellent Tempered Mirror is based on high quality distortion-free float glass. It is produced by coating a silver film, a copper film and two layers of waterproof paint on the back surface of float glass. 

The production process of glass and silver mirror is as follows: 
Prewash→ Polish→ Polish→ Activate→ Silver-Plated → Palladium (Pd)→ Baking→ Primer → Primer→ Finish→ Solidification→ Cooling→ Surface Cleaning→ Lower Plate→ Test→ Packaging.

Made by high quality float glass and very clear, good light transmittance, and reflects accurate natural colors. 
1) Mirrors are available in copper free silver suit all atmospheric conditions. 
2) The mirror surface is clear and bright, giving distinct and lifelike image. 
3) The plating layer is rigid and bond and the protective layer impregnable with good erosion-resistance

Excellent glass: The sample is free, you have to pay the freight charge. The sample will be finished one week.

A, After order confirmed, we have a meeting with the main peoples who work for workshop before production,investigate all the workmanship and some technical problems, ensure all of them have related ways to settle and control.
B, Inspect all the materials when arrived, ensure they will be catched up customers's requirements.
C, Inspect the semi-finished goods.
D, Inspect the finished products.
E, Final inspection when pack up all the goods.if there is not any problems for this step,our QC will issue the inspection report and release this products.
