What is Tempered Glass (Toughened Glass)?

Tempered glass (Toughened Glass) is much harder than normal glass and does not shatter into large shards when broken. It is safety glass and manufactured through a process of extreme heating and rapid cooling, through the material tempering principle, when the glass rises to close to the softening state in an instant cooling, is the glass inside the tempered stress layer, increase the glass surface of the pressure and impact resistance, broken particles with the size of corn, basically no harm to the human body.

1. After order confirmed, we have a meeting with the main peoples who work for workshop before production,investigate all the workmanship and some     technical problems, ensure all of them have related ways to settle and control.
2. Inspect all the materials when arrived, ensure they will be catched up customers's requirements.
3. Inspect the semi-finished goods.
4. Inspect the finished products.
5. Final inspection when pack up all the goods.if there is not any problems for this step,our QC will issue the inspection report and release this products.
