Excellent painted is based on high quality distortion-free float glass. It is produced by double coating paint on the back surface of float glass. 

The production process of glass and silver mirror is as follows: 
Prewash→ Polish→ Polish→ Activate→ Painting → Baking→ Paintin primer→ Finish→ Solidification→ Cooling→ Surface Cleaning→ Lower Plate→ Test→ Packaging.

D, Inspect the finished products.
